Murray has held executive positions and Directorships in the transport, horticultural, financial services, investment, property and health service industries. He is currently a Director of Abano Health Group, Unity Pacific Funds Management and Chairman of National Tyre Wheel Co Ltd.
Sue Renkin holds a Master of Business Administration from Monash University, a Graduate Diploma in Corporate Governance from UNE and attended Harvard Business School for a course on Competition and Strategy. Sue is Chairman of Executive Growth, a Director of Victorian Rugby Union, a Director of GMHBA Health Insurance, Chairman of the Victorian Centre for Sustainable Chemicals Manufacturing and is a previous Telstra Business Woman of the year. She is also the current Chairman Southern Metropolitan Cemeteries Trust, member of the Global Leadership Board International Women’s Forum, Chairman of Monash Bio Medical Research Institute and a member of the GJK Facility Services Advisory Board.
Lachlan McIntosh is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia. He specialises in corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions. He has had substantial experience in the real estate and retirement accommodation industry along with significant experience in the franchising industries and mining services industries.
Russell Banham holds a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Accounting from the University of New South Wales, is a Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and is a fellow of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand. Mr Banham currently serves as a director of HKSE listed MGM China Holdings Limited, LSE listed National Atomic Company Kazatomprom and Wiggins Island Coal Export Terminal Pty Ltd. He is also a member of the Audit and Risk Management Committee of the Queensland Audit Office.
